“I create music anywhere, especially while moving. A comfortable, quiet, and private car becomes an ideal creative space like those melodies that emerged during silent moments amidst the flow of life.”

The Journey to Find a Car with the “Right Vibe”

“When choosing a car, practicality comes first. It has to serve a multi-generational family from elders to young children, luggage, long trips…,” he shared.

“Then comes technology, every brand is fiercely competitive in this area now. And finally but most importantly for an artist like me: aesthetics.”

To him, a beautiful car is one with the right energy, a character aligned with its owner.

“The first time I saw the GAC M8 GX on the street, it caught my attention instantly. I looked it up, coincidentally found out a friend was using it and after just one experience behind the wheel, I made the decision.”

He added that beyond relaxation and massage comfort, it effortlessly adapts to “on-the-move” situations changing outfits, preparing for shows, concerts, or red-carpet events.

“This is genuinely an ideal space for creators. Sometimes I just play soft music, glance at the city, and emotions simply flow.”

Not just a relaxed passenger, Huy Tuan often drives himself especially on family journeys.

“I used to think large MPVs only optimized the rear seats. However, driving the GAC M8 GX feels entirely different. The steering is firm, acceleration smooth, responsiveness excellent almost like a sporty sedan. Honestly… a nice surprise.”

“My friends own supercars and I’ve driven many. Supercars are exciting, no doubt but the M8 GX strikes a perfect balance between the driver’s passion and the family’s comfort.”

To Huy Tuan, a car is a shared space where family members enjoy their own world. And the GAC M8 GX does exactly that.

“I added three or four extra screens that the kids are obsessed. Movies, music… I used to think those were not necessary, but once you have them, the value is obvious. Highways are smooth, the cabin is quiet everyone relaxes. The children enjoy entertainment, grandparents watch TV dramas, and I listen to podcasts, review scripts, or even… compose on the road.”

Interestingly, he has zero interest in custom modifications. “To me, the car is an artwork, meticulously designed by its creators. I respect that spirit. When I buy the car, I also ‘buy’ the designer’s personality.”

“Some may hesitate because GAC is new in Vietnam. But once they experience it, they will see it differently.”
